  • BabyBecause is an authorized dealer of every product we sell.  For you that means that full manufacturers' warranties will come with the product and we can work with you to resolve any issues. This may not be the case with unauthorized dealers.
  • You can reach us if you have a problem.  We post our address, toll-free number and email for you to contact us.  We want you to feel secure with your purchase.
  • Our EBay Return Policy is the same as our retail store.  We have a 30 Day Return Policy, not 3 or 7 days like you see so often.
  • We have great shipping rates offering a flat rate $5 per shipment for all shipments up to $99.  After $99 your order ships free! 
  • What we ask from you is that you notify us of any problems with your order and please give us a chance to make it right.  If we make a mistake we will either correct it or offer you a prompt refund.  We want you to be happy, we want you to come back again.

What is your Shipping Policy?
BabyBecause Free Shipping Receive free shipping on all orders over $99.00. This promotion applies only to orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. This promotion is for Ground Shipping only and cannot be offered on orders shipping to PO Boxes. Please note that your order value must total $99.01 or more after all discounts, coupons and other promotions are applied. Any refunds for products returned will be less actual shipping costs.

Shipping Rates posted are for the contiguous USA only: Shipping Cut-Off Times: We try to ship the same business day on all in stock orders received before 11:00 AM if verified payment has been made. This policy does not apply to drop ship item such as some strollers, cribs, high chairs, mattresses, and most large items. Typically the departure timeframe for these is 1 to 3 days. International Shipping- At this time we do not offer international shipping through Ebay. We apologize for this inconvenience but international shipping can be a logistical challenge getting rates, dealing with duties/customs fees, etc.

What is your Return Policy?
BabyBecause Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, BabyBecause will gladly exchange products or refund your money (less the original shipping charges paid at the time of your order.)  Please note that all returns must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging, have not been assembled, put together washed or used in any way.  All returned items must be in resalable condition and sent back within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a restocking fee up to 20% on any return sent back that does meet the above guidelines.  If you feel your item is defective please contact us immediately toll free 866.734.2634.  All defective products must be reported within 60 days of purchase.

Customers exchanging products will be charged actual shipping costs for re-shipment. This includes items that were initially sent as "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included". Defective product exchanges are exempt from this- There will be no shipping charges for swapping out defective merchandise or for shipping errors made by BabyBecause.

Returns for Drop Ship items: All Drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to a 20% Re-Stocking Fee. This Re-Stocking fee will be applied to, but is not limited to the following products: All Jogging Strollers, All Little Colorado Furniture-(includes potties, and wall shelves), Kid Kraft Furniture, the Learning Tower, All Cribs, Mattresses, High Chairs, all Strollers and Prams.  Your must contact BabyBecause

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. This applies for items sold with ""Free Shipping"" or "Shipping Included". Example: If you purchased a Baby Jogger (the purchase price includes shipping charges). Then you decide you want to return it within the 30 days for a refund. Your refund would be purchase price less actual shipping charges to your destination, and because this item is drop shipped a 20% restocking fee will also be deducted.

Free Gift Certificates and all promotional products must be returned and/or forfeited with all returned orders.

Shipment Refusal: Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order sent or provide erroneous shipping addresses will still be held responsible for all postage and handling fee's associated.

Returns & Exchanges that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged: BabyBecause will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items returned. Please send All Returns with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services.

Non-Returnable Items: For sanitary purposes we will not accept any returns on the following products; all breast pumps, breast pads, all breast care products, Bravado Bikini/Thongs and/or any opened products that are for human consumption. (No Exceptions)

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Merchandise in Transit: Once the merchandise is in the possession of the carrier's) BabyBecause will not be held responsible for any loss, delays, or damage. However, we will do everything possible to file claims for any such loss, delays or damage. We reserve the right to not reimburse customers until claim has been settled. (This includes all shipping charges).
